As per our company policy, we do not provide returns/refunds on any sold product. Once a garment is sold, it can be exchanged or replaced in different sizes, bigger or smaller, provided the terms and conditions are met.
- If the product is not eligible for exchange or return and you receive a damaged product, please write to us at [email protected] within two working days or 48 working hours of the delivery to request an exchange.
- Once our team acknowledges your request, please send the product back to us.
NOTE: Please note that we have a self-return policy, and we do not provide a reverse pickup facility.
- Please do not forget to take the acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number for future reference.
- Also, please note that Forever Pretty will not be responsible for any lost shipment. We recommend you return the items through traceable mail to keep track.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. However, if the received product is damaged, then we can refund the shipping cost.
- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Forever Pretty as accurately as possible. However, picture and screen resolution may vary on different devices. Hence, we cannot guarantee the color will be the same.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Instructions for returning or exchanging the products:
- Exchange can be done within 2 days for domestic orders. (NOTE: Please note that we do not accept exchange requests for international orders.)
- Only products unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, original packaging, and eligible for exchange.
- In case of an exchange, please mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel, along with the size needed.
- Please note that exchange is allowed once per order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement.
